Who is Peak Chocolate?

Peak Chocolate is the brainchild of Raph Freedman — gym owner, personal trainer, podcaster and chocolate lover from Bondi, Australia. Peak Chocolate is owned and managed by Raph, together with his partners at Australia’s premium health and wellness distributor, Epik Brands.

What are your trading hours?

We’re an online business, so we’re open for trading 24/7!

(Generally we try to sleep between 10pm and 6am AEST. But try us … you never know.)

Is Peak Chocolate Safe?

Yes! Peak Chocolate is not just delicious, but completely safe too. It meets all the requirements of WADA and ASADA.

We do, however, have some advice that you should follow:

Peak Chocolate is not a sole source of nutrition and should be consumed along with a nutritious diet and an appropriate physical training program.

Peak Chocolate products are not suitable for children under 15 years of age. Pregnant or nursing women should only use Peak under medical or dietetic supervision

How much is shipping?

We offer FREE shipping for all Australian orders $49 and over and for all Peak Pro shipments.

For all other orders, we charge low national shipping rates within Australia and International Standard Shipping to all overseas destinations.

How long will my order take to get here?

We want you to get your Peak Chocolate order ASAP. Shipping should take no more than 2-3 business days for Australian metro areas, and up to 5 business days for regional and rural areas.

We use Australia Post for most deliveries. If your order is trackable, you’ll receive the tracking number when your order is dispatched.

During the shipping process, our products may be subjected to adverse temperatures and humidity. We take every care when it comes to packing and shipping your orders, but we cannot accept responsibility for the condition of your chocolate on arrival. To avoid disappointment, please ensure that there will be someone home to receive your package or that it can be left in a safe, shaded position.

Most melting problems occur at the point of delivery, when packages are left in the sun. Unless you instruct us otherwise, if no-one is home to receive your delivery, it will be taken to your local post office to await pick up.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! 

We currently offer shipping to about 50 countries outside of Australia and New Zealand. International shipping can take up to 10 business days or longer (depending on local customs and carriers).

We accept payments via PayPal directly or through MasterCard, Visa and American Express. We also offer AfterPay.

All online payments are 100% safe through Shopify Secure.

Can I return my order?

As our Peak Chocolate products are fragile and perishable, we are unable to offer returns at this time.

However, we are committed to satisfying our customers through quality products and service, so if you’re not completely satisfied with your Peak Chocolate purchase, simply contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package at info@peakchocolate.com.au
