Who is Peak Chocolate?

Peak Chocolate is the brainchild of Raph Freedman — gym owner, personal trainer, podcaster and chocolate lover from Bondi, Australia. Peak Chocolate is owned and managed by Peak Chocolate Australia Pty Ltd.

What are your trading hours?

We’re an online business, so we’re open for trading 24/7!

(Generally we try to sleep between 10pm and 6am AEST. But try our chat box anytime...you never know.)

Is Peak Chocolate Safe?

Yes! Peak Chocolate is not only delicious, but is completely safe too. It is manufactured in Melbourne, Australia under the strictest quality control conditions.

It is also perfectly safe for athletes as it meets all the requirements of WADA and ASADA.

We do, however, have some advice that you should follow:

Peak Chocolate is not a sole source of nutrition and should be consumed along with a nutritious diet and an appropriate physical training program.

Peak Chocolate products are not suitable for children under 15 years of age. Pregnant or nursing women should only use Peak under medical or dietetic supervision

SHIPPING

How much is shipping?

We offer FREE Standard shipping for all Australian domestic orders of $40 and over and for all Peak Pro shipments. Orders over $120 including Peak Pro qualify for FREE Express shipping.

For all other orders, we charge low national shipping rates within Australia and International Standard and Express Shipping to all overseas destinations.

Your shipping price will be calculated when you enter your delivery address.

We use Australia Post for all domestic shipping.

How long will my order take to get here?

We want you to get your Peak Chocolate order ASAP. We ship from a state-of-the-art fulfilment centre in Melbourne, Victoria. We always aim to fulfil orders either same day (if they are placed before 12 midday) or the next working day if they are placed after 12.

We use Australia Post for all domestic deliveries. Peak orders all come with tracking so you will always know where your order is. You’ll receive the tracking number when your order is dispatched.

Standard Post

Victoria: 2-3 days

NSW, ACT, SA, QLD, TAS: 4-6 days

WA, NT: 6-10 days

New Zealand: 8 -13 days

Express Post

Victoria: 1-2 days

NSW, ACT, SA, QLD, TAS: 2-3 days

WA, NT: 4-6 days

New Zealand: 5-8 days

Metro deliveries are at the faster end, regional and remote will be at the slower end of the ranges.

During shipping, our products may be subjected to adverse temperatures and humidity. We take every care when it comes to packing and shipping your orders, but we cannot accept responsibility for the condition of your chocolate on arrival. To avoid disappointment, please ensure that there will be someone home to receive your package or that it can be left in a safe, shaded position.

Note that most melting problems occur at the point of delivery, where packages are left in the afternoon sun. Due to COVID all deliveries will be left at the address even if no-one is home.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! 

We currently offer shipping to most countries, world-wide. International shipping can take up to 15 to 20 business days or longer (depending on local customs and carriers).

Please be aware of expected local temperatures at the destination. If it is likely to be above 28 degrees Celsius please ensure your package can be left in a cool, shaded place.

Can I return my order?

As our Peak Chocolate products are fragile and perishable, we are unable to offer returns.

However, we are committed to satisfying our customers through quality products and service, so if you’re not completely satisfied with your Peak Chocolate purchase, simply contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package at info@peakchocolate.com.au

We’ll be in touch to discuss a full refund or replacement with you. If you're Peak Chocolate does not arrive in perfect condition please take a photo to send to us.
