What are your trading hours?
Our on-line store is open for business 24x7 but generally we try to sleep between 10pm and 6am AEST. But try us....you never know.
Is Peak Chocolate Safe?
Yes, Peak Chocolate is perfectly safe for general consumption. Peak Chocolate is a Formulated Supplementary Sports Food and is not intended as a sole source of nutrition. It is best used in conjunction with a nutritious diet and an appropriate physical training or exercise program. Peak Chocolate is not suitable for children under 15 years of age or pregnant women.
Is Peak Chocolate tested for banned substances?
YES! Every batch of Peak Chocolate is tested by LGC Laboratories (UK) and has been Certified as containing no banned substances under the WADA regulations.

How much is shipping?
We use national shipping rates within Australia and International Standard Shipping on all overseas purchases.
For all orders over $49 and for all Peak Pro shipments, shipping is FREE.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently offer shipping to about 50 countries outside Australia and New Zealand. But we always check the weather at the destination (and en route) and will contact you if we don't believe it is wise! Overseas shipping can take up to 10 working days (or longer if held up at Customs) and products can be subjected to adverse temperature and humidity conditions. As a result we take all care but cannot accept responsibility for the condition of your chocolate on arrival.
What are my payment options?
We accept on-line payment options via PayPal directly or through MasterCard. Visa or Amercan Express. All on-line payments are 100% secure through Shopify Secure.
How long will it take to get my order?
We aim for as fast as possible delivery. Depending on your location your order should take no more than between 2 business days in capital cities and up to 5 business days in the bush. Where practical we use the AusPost Priority and Express services.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We use Australia Post for most small and all Express deliveries and Sendle for larger standard deliveries. (Unless you happen to live around the corner...we'll bring it over ourselves!)
How can I track my order?
Most of our deliveries (including all Express and Sendle deliveries) are trackable. You will receive tracking information with the notification when your order is dispatched.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Can I return my Chocolate?
As Peak Chocolate is fragile and perishable we are unfortunately unable to offer returns at this time. However we are committed to customer service and very satisfied customers.
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your Peak Chocolate or if it does not arrive in perfect condition simply contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be in touch to discuss a refund or replacement with you.
